What ever it is inside you thats hurting
as long as it stays inside it festers like an open wound ulsers
weeping away making you feel ill.

U have to cry that damned puss out or it will get bigger and take over.
I believe in the power of a good all let it all out tear cleansing

It wasnt the legs that hurt--- its the looks and the names at the legs that hurt.

Its not the legs that hurt you.....its frustration at not being able to do something and probabley not ever again

its not the limbs that hurt you.......its the knowledge thatthe whole
darn medical world ignore lymph........as pat pointed out to me
do you know any other cronic medical condition that this happens with?

We have every right to ge mad but dont turn it on yourself
direct it at the Health services around the world let them feel the blackness of your anger dont carry the blackness in you its theres to carry, there shame not yours.Remember that.

I know im a bit crazy i worked hard to be this way 40+ years

Hey Silks,

Your chase the blues suggestions are way cool. Any of you out there have some more to add to the list. One of mine is prayer, somtimes, medtation on scripture. It's not everybody's cup of tea, but it helps me. Also a cup of tea with a friend, who is worse off than me. Don't kid yourself there is always someone in that position.

Just serfing the forum helps too. You guys are such an inspiration. You keep me going on days when I'd rather not. THANK YOU.

Later,
